We are currently converting our existing ERP system to Oracle. The sales teams' Go-Live date for Vossloh-Schwabe Germany is scheduled for December 1, 2020.

The change to Oracle will bring about a few changes for you:

• Order confirmations, delivery documents and invoices will get a new layout.
• The suffix of the product reference numbers will in future have 4 digits, separated by a hyphen to the product reference number.
• Customs information on products will no longer be found under the individual item but summarized at the end of the document.

Open orders will be automatically transferred to the new system and document references shall remain identical. During the changeover phase, delays and reduced bookings, accompanied by a reduced flow of goods, may occur at certain points. We will endeavour to keep these disruptions to a minimum. After successful transfer, we will be working with the new system from Wednesday, 02.12.2020. However, we ask for your understanding that, especially in the period immediately after the system changeover, there may be delays in answering enquiries.

We apologize for this in advance and ask for your understanding. We have tested and tried the internal processes extensively in advance. However, we will only be able to finalize them after going live. We are convinced that with the measures taken, the changeover will run as smooth as possible for you.
