HIGH PERFORMANCE – UPGRADED SYSTEM EFFICIENCY
The combination of the VS LED Industry modules and the new Industry optics enable a very high system efficiency based on an economical mid-power LED. With an efficiency of up to 200 lm/W and a luminous flux of over 9,000 lm, the aluminum core-based VS LED Industry modules ensure low energy consumption. In addition, the LED modules achieve a service life of over 100,000 hours at a temperature of 65°C, which extends the replacement intervals of the components. By optimizing the design of the optics in conjunction with a PC for LED applications, the efficiency of the optics has been improved to 96%.
SUSTAINABILITY – RECYCLABLE AND REPLACABLE COMPONENTS
The LED module and optic system can be easily separated and replaced using externally accessible screws. This enables easily to recycle the components separately according to material. VS offers LED optics with three light distributions and low glare effect. The optics are available for typical applications in industrial environments, enabling ideal lighting with the lowest possible number of luminaires and energy consumption. All the advantages of the new VS components enable a further step towards more sustainable and economical lighting made in Europe!
SUSTAINABILITY – "GREEN" LIGHTING TECHNOLOGY
Attention is already paid to the recyclability of luminaires during product development (circular products). At the end of their service life, recyclable luminaires can be easily disposed of in an orderly manner, with raw materials and components being reused for the production of intermediate products. If the dismantled luminaires are reconditioned, a new luminaire can be produced. With the now outstanding system efficiency and simplified recyclability (thanks to recyclable materials) of the products, Vossloh Schwabe is now making a decisive contribution to sustainable lighting technology.
