New highlight at Secunda Mall, Mpumalanga, South Africa

The modern shopping centre has been equipped with another highlight: colour backlit ceiling cut-outs that adapt to special occasions and can be easily controlled with Blu2Light via Bluetooth.

For Valentine's day, the mall shines in the colours of lovers (pink-red-violet) and in the run-up to Christmas, visitors get in the mood for the upcoming festive season with an elegant red-green effect.

Blu2Light – Power Supply 40

The DALI Power Supply 40 provides a 128 mA power supply for existing DALI applications and makes them Blu2Light-capable. The compact housing is ideal for installation in luminaires. With a wide input voltage range of 110-240 V, it is suitable for use in multiple regions.

LED drivers – DIP Switch C-R3 loop

These independent LED drivers are particularly installer-friendly because they have push-in terminals and the cord grip is attached without tools or screws.

The drivers in two power classes (42/52 W) are suitable for through-wiring L and N. The current setting is made via a DIP switch. We also provide an ON/OFF and a dimmable DALI2 version.

LED drivers – PrimeLine NFC L-HSP DALI2 B2L-ready

D4i is an extension of the DALI2 standard. The new PrimeLine NFC L-HSP DALI2 120 W / 165 W linear drivers comply with DiiA Parts 250 (Power Supply) and 251, 252, 253 (Smart Data).

Analogue dimming is achieved via the DALI2 interface. Furthermore, the driver is Blu2Light-ready and has an integrated power supply for the DALI bus. A current setting is made contactless via the NFC interface.

LED drivers – EasyLine DIP Switch C-R1

The very compact LED drivers are available in the power classes 21 W, 32 W and 42 W. The current setting is power-dependent adjustable from 150–1050 mA via DIP switch.
The drivers impress with their high efficiency and very low ripple current of < 1%. With a separate cord grip, the built-in driver is also suitable for independent operation.

LED modules – LUGA Shop Gen. 8

The proven COB modules LUGA Shop are entering the next generation. With a long service life of up to 100,000 hours and a significantly increased efficiency of up to 10% for CRI 90 types, the modules are predestined for retail lighting.
They are also used in street and industrial lighting (CRI 70).

Linear LED optics – Made by VS

Linear VS optics offer a wide range of possibilities for use in the application fields of office, retail, aisle and shelf lighting due to excellent light distributions and very low colour deviations over the light emission angle (CLC). The optics are suitable for a wide range of 3030 and 2835 mid-power LEDs from leading manufacturers.
Furthermore, optic versions with extended light emission range (ELA), low UGR values or optics for industrial luminaires of classes IP65/IK08 5J are available.

EU Regulations – Ecodesign and EPREL database

The new EU regulations will come into force from 1 September 2021 and are of course already on everyone's lips.

We can assure you that VS components will of course comply with the requirements of the Ecodesign Directive and that we will deposit our products in the EPREL database in time.
