We continue to be confronted daily with changing and difficult circumstances, which in the long run make various business processes appear complicated. Nevertheless, we would like to keep all our customers and suppliers regularly informed about adjustments to our actions.

The safety of all our employees and partners is a top priority, and we must and will respond immediately to ensure their well-being. There are currently no factors other than local government regulations or supply chain or material flow restrictions that affect our work or bring it to a complete standstill. We have had to interrupt our production at our site in Sarsina, Italy, but there are currently no further plans to close production facilities.

Also our logistics and the associated forwarding agents work professionally and to the usual extent to ensure that deliveries are made on time. Our current stock is still well equipped in some areas. In other areas we are working hard to obtain more material to meet our customers' delivery dates.

We, at Vossloh-Schwabe, adhere to the specified guidelines and, in addition, have extended the cleaning procedures and reduced human contact to a minimum. Many VS employees around the world continue to work from home in order to meet the most varied requests and needs of our customers.

To avoid unnecessary on-site visits, our sales team serves a large number of customers via Webex, Skype or telephone. We follow a similar procedure with our suppliers and/or partners. As we do not receive any visitors at the moment, we are happy to arrange the details together via telephone, conference call or Skype.

As a global company, we are confronted with different situations in different regions and countries, and we try to manage this bit by bit and adapt to local conditions and requirements.
