Thanks to the participation of the companies that helped to develop the prototypes - Protofy.xyz, Novolux Lighting, RM Electronics, JVV Grup, Orbal, Metaval Abella, Doga, Vossloh-Schwabe and Luz Negra - the ventilators have already gone into series production. All devices are functional and ready for certification and final testing in hospitals. With this in mind, APPLUS and CERC Ingeniería have collaborated and made their professional services available to the initiative. For its part, CERC Engineering is coordinating the submission of technical and health documentation with the participating companies. This is necessary to go through the approval process at the Spanish Agency for Medicinal and Health Products (AEMPS) and thus obtain the official approval for the ventilator.

Secartys and its affiliated companies have the knowledge and industrial capacity to manufacture 'RESPIREM' devices on a much larger scale. All they need now is the final green light to support the healthcare sector in its fight against the COVID 19 crisis.
