Lighting control of the Football Club Argentona field

During the remodeling and renovation of the lighting at the Football Club Argentona soccer field, the old projectors were replaced with LED projectors and the Blu2Light system was installed for centralized control.

Why Blu2Light as a control system in the field of Football Club Argentona?

The Blu2Light control system was chosen because it allows very simply to control each of the lighting towers of the field, independently or centralized and without the need for DALI wiring between them.

Different lighting scenes were defined for the entire field, such as training sessions, official matches or general shutdown, and a dimming bar was created especially for them, which allows adjusting the brightness level to the desired level according to the occasion or event.

For other non-sporting events, such as concerts or public events, an independent control per tower was configured, which allows to easily define the brightness level of each one of them.

All the control is possible through a Tablet located in the club facilities.

The products

A total of 4 Blu2Light N-ME nodes were used, located in each of the lighting towers and installed on a NEMA socket located in a watertight PVC box, where the DALI power supply is located.

These Blu2Light NEMA nodes communicate with each other over long distances and each of them allows the control of up to 64 DALI luminaires.
