On 6th of December 2021, Vossloh-Schwabe move into a new company headquarter, relocating from the small community of Urbach to the district town of Schorndorf, five kilometers away. This means that the company now has a modern location that combines all central functions in one place.

Conclusion of insolvency proceedings in self-administration and successful completion of the restructuring

Vossloh-Schwabe is pleased to announce that the creditors' meeting last Monday in front of the responsible district court in Stuttgart has approved with 100%! of all groups of creditors and votes the submitted insolvency plan.

This enabled the protective shield proceedings to be successfully completed in the shortest possible time. Change of ERP system to Oracle

We are currently converting our existing ERP system to Oracle. The sales teams' Go-Live date for Vossloh-Schwabe Germany is scheduled for December 1, 2020.

The change to Oracle will bring about a few changes for you:

• Order confirmations, delivery documents and invoices will get a new layout.
• The suffix of the product reference numbers will in future have 4 digits, separated by a hyphen to the product reference number.
• Customs information on products will no longer be found under the individual item but summarized at the end of the document.

Vossloh-Schwabe sells LMS Outdoor product range to LVX Global

We are pleased to announce that we have sold our LMS Outdoor product division to our Australian based partner LVX Global with effect from 1 September 2020.

LVX Global handles the worldwide distribution of all networkable NB-PLC and HD-PLC products (iPC, iLC, iDC, iLIC, iLUX, iCCU). However, the stand-alone product iMCU will still be available from Vossloh-Schwabe. We have concluded an agreement with LVX on production and logistics, which will thus continue to guarantee the existing high-quality standard.
