VS has a central Quality Management System, which is applied at all its sites. VS production locations worldwide as well as the largest sales subsidiaries are certified according to DIN ISO 9001.
The process of having the Environmental management system certified according to ISO 14001 was initiated in 2004 and certification for all production sites followed at the end of 2005.
All fundamental processes and the mains Environmental aspects are subjected to Direction`s supervision by defined figures. The conformity of our products to the relevant requirements is controlled at every stage of production.
In order to maintain our high quality standards and to take under control the Environmental performances our employees are regularly trained.

Five-Year Warranty
Vossloh-Schwabe provides an extended five-year manufacturer’s warranty as long as the lighting system was designed and installed according to the respectively valid IEC standard and under observation of the technical parameters defined by VS like limiting temperatures, cable lengths, circuits, etc. in the respective luminaires.
VS recommends the use of complete VS component systems with operating devices and lampholders. However, the warranty also applies if other components are used in the lighting system as long as they bear the international approval mark in accordance with the IEC standard. This extended warranty only applies if the respective lighting system is registered with Vossloh-Schwabe within 90 days following delivery (invoice) date. To do this, please download our brochure.
