 LED Lamp Modules

(T-Type, COB, SMD)

VS offers you a choice of three LED technologies: T-Type (wired diodes), COB (Chip-on-Board) and SMD (Surface Mount Device).

Wired diodes enable defined and usually narrow light radiation angles to be produced and provide advantages in cases that demand high luminance.

SMD technology enables flat modules to be produced with predominantly broad angles of light radiation.

Extremely flat designs (2 mm) with very high assembly densities (100 chips per cm²) can be achieved with COB technology. Depending on the respective semiconductor used, it is possible to produce varying angles of light radiation. COB technology provides the greatest benefits for producing homogeneous light effects and high luminous densities.

   LED Light Modules

LighTiles are indirectly edge-lit light modules based on LED COB technology. LighTiles are made of a flat, highly transparent, specially surface-treated plastic substrate that produces a degree of homogeneous surface lighting that was unattainable up to now. LighTiles are also available in glass.

LED Connector Technology

Based on the tried-and-tested IDC method, VS offers a connector element that enables easy installation of all components using commonly available flat-ribbon leads that can be shortened to suit the given need.

 LED Converters

VS develops and produces high-quality electronic converters for supplying LED applications with power. The range covers small converters for indoor use right up to customised solutions for outdoor use all over the world. Many of the lamp modules available on the market are compatible with VS converters.

LED Controls

With its DigiLED line, VS provides a high-performance range of products for controlling polychromatic LEDs using RGB technology. These controllers are based on state-of-the-art digital technology with pulse-width modulation (PWM) and are characterized by user-friendly, customary interfaces.
